We're Married!

Overlooking our new hometown and the Hudson River, we were married on Saturday, October 10. We feel very grateful for our family, friends, and wonderful memories of the day in the most perfect setting. Thank you.

Ceremony & Reception – October 10, 2009

Lamb’s Hill is located on Mt. Beacon off Monument Road in Beacon, NY

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m. - Reception to follow

This location can accommodate no more than 30 cars. Please try to include more than two people in each car and we will work with you to coordinate with others who may be staying in the same hotels.

Use ‘One Mountain Lane, Beacon, NY’ to map directions online, then follow the directions below from Mountain Lane* to Lamb’s Hill.

Directions: Take Main Street in Beacon east. It will curve to your left after passing The Howland Cultural Center on your right (a large Victorian building). After the curve, the next street is East Main Street. Take a right and follow East Main Street for about 0.4 miles, then stay right to continue on East Main Street as you pass Emma's Deli and drive another 0.4 miles where the road will change to Mountain Lane. *From there you will take a right onto Mount Beacon Monument Road. This is the dirt road. It is steep and rocky. You’re going to think you’re in the wrong place. You’re not. The people who live there drive up and down the road every day. We promise it’s ok. As you drive up it will bend to the left and then to the right. Keep going up. It’s pretty at the top. You will see a driveway on the left with a boulder that has two sheep on it and says Lamb’s Hill. Turn into the driveway and follow it to the top. Parking is to your left.

Newburgh-Beacon Bridge Race – October 11, 2009

Directed and organized by the Mid-Hudson Road Runners Club, this is the 29th running of this 5-mile race. We are excited to invite the guests of our wedding to join us on Sunday to run the race. We would love it if you would join us running and cheering the runners! If you will be running, please respond as such on the RSVP postcard as we will be registering everyone. If you are cheering, we will be excited to have a good crowd to cheer us in at the finish near the Beacon train station!
