Newburgh-Beacon Bridge Race – October 11, 2009

Directed and organized by the Mid-Hudson Road Runners Club, this is the 29th running of this 5-mile race. We are excited to invite the guests of our wedding to join us on Sunday to run the race. Since we will be new to Beacon and love to run, we thought this would be an excellent, ceremonial way to run across the Hudson River and celebrate our wedding, new home, family, and friends.

We would love it if you would join us running and cheering the runners! If you will be running, please respond as such on the RSVP postcard as we will be registering everyone. If you are cheering, we will be excited to have a good crowd to cheer us in at the finish near the Beacon train station!
